How am I related to my cousin's husband's cousin's nephew?

How am I related to my cousin's husband's cousin's nephew?

By marriage and every thing? I just need way to explain it.How am I related to my cousin's husband's cousin's nephew?
Let's call your cousin Jane.

Her husband, Bill.

His cousin, Joe.

And Joe's nephew, Mike.

(You can replace the names with the real ones to help it make more sense).

You are related to Jane, but not to Bill (except by marriage). So you could refer to Bill as your cousin-in-law. But you have no relationship whatsoever to Bill's cousin Joe, or to Joe's nephew. So the simplest way to explain it is just like you said: ';My cousin's husband's cousin's nephew'; or ';My cousin-in-law's cousin's nephew.';

Now, if Bill and Joe are first cousins, then Bill would also be first cousins with Joe's siblings. If Mike is a son of one of Joe's siblings, that would make Bill and Mike first cousins once removed. So if that's the case, you could say, ';My cousin-in-law's first cousin once removed.';How am I related to my cousin's husband's cousin's nephew?
You are not related at all unless you share a common ancestor. Actually your cousin's husband is not even considered an in-law but for convenience you might call him that. For instance I sometimes call my niece's husband my nephew-in--law but actually that is not considered a legal definition. The only family of your cousin's husband that would be related to you are the children and grandchildren that he and your cousin have.
When you get to the part, ';cousin's husband's';, the answer is you are not related.

Otherwise, just say what you did above.

If a person is not a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, aunt, uncle, first or second cousin, it really doesn't matter.
So, uh, I just drew the relationship you describe out in a family tree, and it's very strange looking. Anyway, you're seperated from that child by two marriages. You're not really related at all. You certainly share no bloodline with the kid.
