If Hindu marriages are not registered how do they prove they were married if they want a divorce.?

What if the women wants to argue that the husband took dowry or they have to fight over property ect.. What do the courts want to prove that they were married if hindu marriage is not registered. If Hindu marriages are not registered how do they prove they were married if they want a divorce.?
I went to a Hindu wedding - which you know are long and can be as long as a month worth of ceremonies or take place an entire day or weekend - after being blessed by all the gods.

In the USA my Hindu friends went to the civil court and married under civil laws of the USA - then had the Hindu ceremony - meaning their marriage is registered in the USA - I do not know the process in countries where Hindu is an acceptable practice vs. other religions. If Hindu marriages are not registered how do they prove they were married if they want a divorce.?
ya wedding pics wud be enough bcoz court also wud be knowing what the trend in india is and how r marriages done ........so judge is not a fool he can believe the pics
Wedding card and wedding album are enough to prove the marriage.
Hindu religion is based on trust ...

We do not need 4-5 witnesses to prove that a girl has been raped,

nor 2 witnesses to prove that a marriage or divorced occured...

Our faith on God is too strong..........
